What to expect when visiting
The Process Salon…
Before Your Visit:
Submit your appointment request and we will reach out with any questions we may have. After we ensure everything is booked correctly you will receive a confirmation via email and or text that your appointment has been approved.
Upon Arrival:
We are currently located inside the NTsuites building. After you enter the lobby, take the elevator upstairs and turn left. Feel free to settle in to your new salon home and enjoy our cold beverage and snack options. Be sure to ask for the Wi-Fi!
The Consultation:
The face to face consultation is the most important part of our journey. In this step we want to hear from you about your hair goals, color history, daily hair routine, and lifestyle. Together we’ll develop a plan of action for not only this visit, but outline future appointments, and go over at home maintenance. We also ask that you bring in 2-3 inspiration photos to show your stylist.
The creative process:
After the consultation this is your chance to sit back and relax knowing that your hair is in good hands. Along the way your stylist will also give you tips on how to improve the longevity of your color and the health of your hair, and demonstrate styling techniques you can utilize at home. This time is yours, so feel free to spend it however you'd like, whether you prefer to read, watch your favorite show, or bring your laptop and work remotely- the choice is yours!
